Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the ex-gratia grant, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
  • The applicant should be a CAPF personnel who has become permanently disabled due to specific circumstances, including wars, operational areas, terrorist activities, or natural disasters.
  • The applicant must have been discharged from service due to the disability.
  • Applications should be submitted within three years from the date of disability; late applications will be considered time-barred.

Application Procedure

Eligible candidates can apply for the grant online through the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal. The application process is detailed below:

Online Registration Steps

  1. Visit the official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
  2. If you are not registered, select “New User” under the ‘Sign In Here’ section and fill in the required information including Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, and State. Click on ‘Submit’.
  3. Complete the registration by verifying your mobile number and email ID through the OTP sent to you.

Steps to Apply for the Scheme

  1. Log in to the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal using your registered email ID.
  2. Input your Password and Captcha, then click on ‘Login’.
  3. Once logged in, navigate to ‘Apply for Services’ and click on ‘View all Available Services’.
  4. Search for the “Ex-Gratia Grant for Disability to CAPF Personnel” scheme and select it to fill out the application form.
  5. Provide your Parivar Pehchan Patra number (Family ID) and click on “Click here to Fetch Family Data” to display the registered family members.
  6. Choose the beneficiary/applicant name and enter the OTP sent to the selected family member for verification. Click on “Click to Verify”.
  7. Complete the form by filling in all mandatory details and uploading required documents.
  8. Review your application and click ‘Submit’ to finalize the process.

Application Tracking

Applicants can track the status of their applications by visiting the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal. To do this, enter the relevant Department Name, Scheme Name, and Application Reference ID.

Application Process

Step 1: The eligible applicant may apply online through the Official Portal- Antyodaya-SARAL Portal

Step 2: If the applicant is not registered on the portal, he/she gets registered there.
Step 3: For registration, click “New User
” under ‘Sign In Here’ and fill in all the mandatory details i.e. Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password & State. Click on ‘Submit’.
Step 4: Verify your mobile number and email ID through the received OTP and complete the registration process.
Login to apply for the scheme:
Step 1: To avail the benefits of the scheme, visit the Official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal
and log in through the email ID used while registering.
Step 2: Enter Password & Captcha and click on ‘Login’.
Step 3: After successful login, click on ‘Apply for Services’ and then ‘View all Available Services’
Step 4: Now, you can search for the scheme and click on the scheme to go ahead and fill out the application form.
Step 5: Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra number - Family ID and click on “Click here to Fetch Family Data” which displays the family members registered under the given Family ID.
Step 6: Select the beneficiary/applicant name and enter the OTP that is being sent to the selected family member for verification. Click on “Click to Verify”
Step 7: Fill in all the mandatory details and upload all the mandatory documents.
Step 8: Preview the application form and click on ‘Submit’.
