• The applicant must be a permanent resident of the Union Territory of Puducherry.
• The individual must be registered at an ART Centre, specifically at IGMC&RI, Puducherry, or any designated Link ART Centre associated with the Puducherry region, including:
• ART Centre, Nagapattinam for the Karaikal region
• ART Centre, Calicut for the Mahe region
• ART Centre, Kakinada for the Yanam region
• Applicants must be actively receiving regular treatment from the aforementioned centres or any new ART/Link ART centres that may be established in the future within Puducherry.
