It facilitates participation in cultural programs organized by voluntary organizations, focusing on various art forms such as Vocal Music, Bharatanatyam, and Instrumental Music. Artists can earn a remuneration ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 for their performances, thus promoting their growth in the arts.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The applicant must be an artist.
- Must be a resident of Tamil Nadu.
- For music artists, the age should be between 16 and 30 years.
- Bharatanatyam artists must be aged between 15 and 30 years.
- Orchestra artists, including ghatam, ganjira, muharshingh, and konnakkol, are also eligible.
- Artists should participate in one of the following performances: Vocal, Bharatanatyam, Kathakalakshepam, Veena, Violin (solo), Nadaswaram, Flute, Jalatharangam, Gottuvadhyam, Clarinet, Guitar, Mandolin, or Saxophone.
Application Process
Interested candidates can apply through an offline process as follows:
- Step 1: Visit the office of the Manram during office hours to request a hard copy of the application form from the designated staff members.
- Step 2: Complete the application form by filling in all required fields and attach self-attested copies of necessary documents.
- Step 3: Submit the completed application form along with the documents to the Member Secretary at Tamil Nadu Eyal Isai Nataka Manram, Ponni, 31, P.S. Kumarasamy Raja Salai, Chennai-600 028.
- Step 4: Obtain a receipt or acknowledgment upon submission, ensuring it includes the submission date, time, and a unique identification number if applicable.
Note: Artists who have already been selected in one discipline may apply for another artistic discipline as well.

Application Process
Apply Offline
Releasing the advertisement published by the Manram in the newspapers.
Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the office of the Manram and request the hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu Eyal Isai Nataka Manram, Ponni, 31, P.S. Kumarasamy Raja Salai, Chennai-600 028.
Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
NOTE: The artiste selected already in one art discipline can apply for another also.
