  • Adventure Sports Development: Financial support is provided for acquiring equipment necessary for various adventure activities.

The main goal of this scheme is to enhance the tourism sector in Arunachal Pradesh, thereby generating sustainable livelihoods for local communities.

  • Patisseries and Food Courts: Establishments will be developed in popular tourist destinations and significant towns across Arunachal Pradesh.
  • Homestay Enhancements: Operators will receive assistance for upgrading their facilities to include two well-furnished rooms equipped with attached bathrooms, showers, geysers, and western toilets.
  • Adventure Tourism Equipment: Support for purchasing various adventure sports equipment such as rafts, kayaks, quad bikes, zip lines, and bungee jumping gear.

Benefits

Eligible applicants can receive a direct loan subsidy of up to ₹5.00 lakh to establish a patisserie or improve their homestay facilities and procure equipment for adventure tourism activities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be residents of Arunachal Pradesh.
  • For homestay benefits, applicants should be registered with the Department of Tourism.
  • Priority will be given to homestay operators who have undergone training with the Department of Tourism.
  • For cab service operators, patisseries, and food courts, beneficiaries must be registered as tour operators with the Department of Tourism.

Application Process

The application process for the Chief Minister’s Paryatan Vikas Yojana is as follows:

  1. Visit the District Tourism Office: Applicants should go to the nearest District Tourism Office in Arunachal Pradesh.
  2. Obtain Application Form: Request the application form in the prescribed format from the relevant office.
  3. Complete the Application: Fill out the application form thoroughly and attach all the necessary documentation.
  4. Submit Application: Submit the completed application form to the designated office for review.
  5. Verification and Interview: After verification, applicants will be interviewed and evaluated by the District Administration (District Tourism Officer) before the benefits are awarded.

Apply OfflineStep 01: For taking benefit of this scheme, the applicant needs to visit the nearest District Tourism Office, Arunachal Pradesh.
Step 02: Application in the prescribed format may be received from the concerned office.
Step 03: The applicant needs to fill the application form completely and attach all the relevant documents. Thereafter, the applicant may submit the application form to the concerned office.
Step 04: After successful verification, the applicant will be interviewed and assessed by the District Administration (District Tourism Officer) before he/she receives the benefit.
