The Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, under the Labour Department of Delhi, has launched a significant initiative known as the “Pension Benefit for Construction Workers” (निर्माण श्रमिकों के लिए पेंशन लाभ). This welfare scheme aims to provide financial security to registered construction workers by offering them a monthly pension of ₹3000/- upon reaching the age of 60 years. Additionally, workers will receive an increment of ₹300/- for each year of membership beyond five years.

To apply for the pension benefit, follow these detailed steps:

Online Registration

  1. Access the DBoCWWB website and select “Register Now”.
  2. Provide the required details including Aadhaar Card Number, Name as per Aadhaar, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, and Gender. Create and confirm a password, then click on “Register”. You will be taken to the registration page.
  3. On the registration page, fill in mandatory information such as Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Photograph, and a Video of the Applicant. Upload required documents in the specified formats and sizes, then click “Save & Next”.
  4. Next, provide details related to your employment (Current/Previous Employer Information, Proof of 90 Days Employment). Upload the necessary documents and click “Save & Next”.
  5. Select “Add Family Members” to access various benefits under different schemes.
  6. In the following window, enter your Bank Account details.
  7. Next, upload documents such as Aadhaar Card, Address Proof, Birth Proof, Employment Proof, and Bank Account details.
  8. Review the displayed “Affidavit of the Applicant” for accuracy, then confirm by checking the box.
  9. Proceed to pay the online registration fee of ₹25/- using Debit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI.
  10. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to finalize your application. Save the Application Number for future reference and download the acknowledgment receipt.

Step 1: Visit the DBoCWWB website
and click “Register Now”.
Step 2: Enter the following mandatory details: Adhaar Card Number, Name as on Aadhar Card, Mobile Number, Date of Birth (as on Aadhar Card), Gender, etc. Create a password and confirm it. Click “Register”. You will be redirected to the registration page.
Step 3: On the registration page, fill in the mandatory details (Father Name, Mother Name, Photograph, Applicant’s Video, etc) and upload the mandatory documents in the specified filetype and filesize. Click “Save & Next”.
Step 4: On the next page, enter the mandatory details regarding your work/workplace (Previous/Current Employer Details, Proof of 90 Days Employment, etc) and upload the mandatory documents in the specified filetype and filesize. Click “Save & Next”.
Step 5: Click on “Add Family Members” to avail the benefits of various schemes.
Step 6: In the next window, add your Bank Account details.
Step 7: In the next window, upload your Aadhaar Card, Address Proof, Birth Proof, Employment Proof, Bank Account details etc.
Step 8: In the next window, the "Affidavit of the Applicant" will be displayed. Verify all the details, and click on the checkbox.
Step 9: Proceed for the online registration fee of ₹25/- through a Debit Card/ Internet Banking/ UPI.
Step 10: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number to apply. Note down the Application Number for future reference. Download the acknowledgement receipt.

of the website regularly and click on "Track Your Application" to check the status of your application.
